Ayurveda é uma antiga ciência mais de 10.000 anos, baseado na abordagem holística e originou na Índia. Ayurveda is based on the principal of harmonious relationship between three humors(body fluid) called 'doshas' and believed that disharmony results disease to body. Ayurveda é baseado no princípio da relação harmoniosa entre as três humors (fluidos corporais), denominada "doshas" e acreditava que a doença desarmonia resultados organismo. Ayurveda is not only a medicinal system but it is a science of life, it says that life is combination of four essential parts, mind, body, senses and soul. Ayurveda não é apenas um sistema de medicamentos, mas é uma ciência da vida, ele diz que a vida é combinação de quatro elementos essenciais, mente, corpo e alma sentidos. Ayurveda doesn't confine to physical well being but it also an effect to spiritual, mental and emotional aspects. Ayurveda has three main focuses. Ayurveda tem três eixos principais. First one is to heal a disease, second one to prevent a disease and last one is the longevity or age reversal.
